In this episode of the safefood podcast, James McIntosh is joined by dietitian and nutritionist Sarah Keogh, who runs Eat Well, nutrition consultancy for the public.
Sarah addresses conflicting information found online before she discusses Coeliac disease and the role of the immune system, irritable bowel syndrome and how it is linked to intolerances, and the increasing research relative to statistics surrounding allergies. She goes on to discuss the benchmark for identifying intolerances as well as the most encountered food intolerances and how they are tested for. Transcript
