A FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.
Safefood Knowledge Network is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses. This workshop is being held in association with Derry City and Strabane District Council.
The workshop will provide up to date training on:
- How to control pests
- How to prevent the spread of bacteria that cause food poisoning
- How to clean and sanitise properly
- How to implement HACCP and keep records
- How to manage and label food allergens correctly
The workshop is scheduled to take place from 10 am to 2 pm
