Sign up for a FREE food safety workshop designed for small food businesses, hosted by our Knowledge Network with Derry City and Strabane District Council.
The workshop will provide up-to-date training on:
- How to control pests
- How to prevent the spread of bacteria that cause food poisoning
- How to clean and sanitise properly
- How to implement HACCP and keep records
- How to manage and label food allergens correctly
Our food safety workshops are a great way to learn from an expert and meet other small food business owners.
