Method
- Pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan and add the rice
- Bring the water to the boil
- Split the vanilla pods and scrape the seeds that are inside into the rice, stir and add the vanilla pods
- Add in the rice milk
- Add 4 teaspoons of honey (optional). Allow to simmer for 20 minutes
- Stir the rice, discard the vanilla pods and serve
