Method
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C/350˚F/Gas mark 4.
- Peel, core and cut the apples into 1.5cm dice and place in a bowl with the berries, orange zest, cornflour, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Mix well and spoon into the prepared dish. Press down gently with a spatula to create an even layer.
- To make the crumble topping, mix together the oats and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Make a well in the centre and pour in the maple syrup and low-fat spread. Stir until fully combined.
- Crumble the topping over the fruit mixture to cover in an even layer.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, until the topping is lightly golden. Leave to cool for 20–30 minutes before serving.
