Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
- Cut the chicken into strips.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and porridge oats together and then scatter on a plate.
- Place the flour on a plate.
- Roll the chicken strips in the flour.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten egg.
- Roll the chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture until they are fully coated.
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
