Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4.
- Place the yoghurt and egg in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the oats and bread soda to the yoghurt mixture and stir well.
- Place the mixture (it should be wet, but not a liquid) in a greased or parchment lined loaf tin. Bake for 25 minutes with tin foil on top, until the end of baking.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes in total, checking with a skewer / sharp knife that it comes out clean.
