Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 220°C / 425°F / Gas Mark 7
- Wash the potatoes, then prick them all over with a fork
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 1½ hours or until the inside is tender
- Cut the potato in half and carefully scoop the centre out of the potato into a mixing bowl
- Slice the turkey and ham and add to the potato flesh
- Stir in the peas and mayonnaise
- Return the mixture to the potato skins
- Place in a hot oven and bake until warmed through and slightly browned on top
