Method
- Heat the oil in a not stick pan and when hot, brown the pork. Remove the pork from the pan and set aside.
- Next add the onion and all the herbs and spices and cook for 5 minutes before stirring in the remainder of the ingredients, including the pork.
- Cover the stew, turn the heat down to its lowest and simmer until tender (1 hour).
