Method
- Pre-heat the grill for 10 minutes on a medium heat
- Peel and dice the carrot and place in a saucepan with the broccoli, cut into florets. Bring the water to the boil and boil the vegetables till softened
- Put the potatoes in a saucepan of water and allow to boil till softened
- Line the grill pan with foil
- Place the salmon under the grill for 3 to 4 minutes each side
- Serve with a lemon wedge on the side
