Method
- To mix this salad thoroughly you will need a large bowl
- Add the cooked, sliced chicken to the bowl
- Break the broccoli into bite size florets and add to the bowl with the sliced celery, chopped apple and finely sliced spring onions or scallions
- Sprinkle over the fresh herbs and pour over 1 dessertspoon of the dressing
