Method
- After you’ve created your Jack-O-Lantern, or made your pumpkin soup, hold onto the seeds
- Rinse them and leave to soak in water overnight, or for around 8 hours
- Then drain off the water, dry and spread out on roasting tray and cook in a preheated oven 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 4, for 20 minutes
