Method
- Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk with a fork.
- Peel and finely dice the garlic, onion, and carrot.
- Heat the olive oil in the pan over a medium heat and fry the garlic, onion, and carrot until soft. Then add the frozen peas.
- Add the five spice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooked rice to the pan and mix everything together.
- Add the egg to the pan and give everything a good mix, cook for a few minutes until the egg is cooked through and serve.
