Method
- Finely peel and chop the garlic, ginger, and onion. Then slice the pepper and carrot into thin strips and chop the mushrooms
- Slice the pork into bitesize pieces
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork until browned
- Add the garlic, ginger and onion to the pan and fry for 2 minutes
- Then add the carrot, peppers and mushrooms to the pan and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes
- Meanwhile cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet
- Add the soy sauce and stock to the pan, mix everything together and let it cook for 5 minutes
- Serve with the cooked noodles
