Abstract:
The purpose of this project is to deliver the most up-to-date compendium of food chain statistics for the Island of Ireland, and in a format that can be updated on an annual basis, and supplemented with trend data where feasible. This will require the collation and analysis of relevant national and official statistics from a variety of relevant data sources and the production of a final report for safefood.
