Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Bia Innovator Athenry, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.

This workshop will provide up to date training on:

Pest control
Controlling food poisoning bacteria
Cleaning and sanitisation
HACCP and record keeping for small food businesses
Managing and labelling food allergens

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with an experienced food safety trainer/auditor and network with other small food businesses from your area.
