Free food safety workshop - Coleraine
Safefood Knowledge Network, in association with Causeway Cost & Glens Borough Council, is hosting a FREE food safety workshop for small food businesses.
The workshop will provide up to date training on:
- Pest control
- Controlling food poisoning bacteria
- Cleaning and sanitisation
- HACCP and record keeping for small food business
- Managing and labelling food allergens
The workshop is scheduled to take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is a great chance to learn from an experienced food safety trainer and auditor, as well as to connect with other small food businesses in your area.
